欢迎使用 Yasigo（以下简称「本平台」）。注册或使用本平台，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本服务条款。 若你不同意本条款，请勿注册或使用本平台。
1. 平台定位
Yasigo 是独立的 IELTS Academic 机考练习平台，不隶属于 British Council、IDP Education、 剑桥大学出版社或任何 IELTS 考试机构。
IELTS 是注册商标。本平台仅供备考练习，不提供官方考试报名，不产生任何官方 IELTS 成绩或证明。
2. 题库与内容
本平台练习题由 AI 依据公开题型说明生成，并经人工审核后上线。题目为原创模拟练习内容，并非历年真题或官方授权材料。
我们尽力保证题目质量，但不保证每道题在任何情况下均无错误。如发现错误，可通过平台反馈功能提交， 我们将在合理时间内更正。
3. AI 评分与练习结果
Writing、Speaking 等技能的 AI 评分基于公开评分标准设计，仅供练习参考， 不等同于 IELTS 官方人工评分，也不应作为正式考试结果的预测或保证。
练习记录、Band 分估算与模考报告均为学习辅助信息，不构成任何成绩承诺。
4. 账号与使用规范
你应提供真实、准确的注册信息，并妥善保管账号密码。账号下的活动由你自行负责。
你不得：复制、爬取、批量下载题库；逆向工程或干扰平台运行；共享账号或用于商业再分发；上传违法或侵权内容。
5. 付费服务
付费会员、激活码等具体权益以购买页面或活动说明为准。除法律另有规定外，虚拟练习类服务的退款规则以平台届时公示为准。 价格与功能可能调整，我们会通过合理方式通知已注册用户。
6. 知识产权
平台界面、题库、解析、代码与品牌标识归 Yasigo 或相关权利人所有。你获得的是有限的个人学习使用权， 不得未经授权复制、传播或用于商业目的。
7. 免责声明与责任限制
本平台按「现状」提供。因网络、设备、第三方服务或不可抗力导致的服务中断，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。
因使用或无法使用本平台、依赖 AI 评分或练习内容而产生的间接损失，我们在法律允许的最大范围内免责。 本条款不影响你作为消费者依法享有的强制性权利。
8. 条款变更与联系
我们可能更新本条款。重大变更将在平台公示；继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。

Welcome to Yasigo ("the Platform"). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Platform status
Yasigo is an independent IELTS Academic computer-delivered practice platform. It is not affiliated with British Council, IDP, Cambridge University Press, or any official IELTS test provider. IELTS is a registered trademark. The Platform is for practice only and does not issue official IELTS scores.
2. Question bank
Practice items are AI-generated from public question-type specifications and reviewed before publication. They are original mock content, not past papers or officially licensed materials.
3. AI scoring
AI scores for Writing and Speaking are indicative practice feedback only and are not equivalent to official human examiner marking.
4. Acceptable use
You must keep your account secure and use the Platform for personal study only. Scraping, redistribution, account sharing, and interference with the service are prohibited.
5. Paid services
Membership benefits and refund rules are as stated on the pricing page or applicable promotions.
6. Intellectual property
Platform content and branding remain our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited personal learning licence only.
7. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on practice content or AI scores.
